For children.

Some misalignments are best treated while the jaw is still growing. A first check-up at primary school age shows whether and when treatment makes sense.

We explain every step in a way children understand – and take time for parents’ questions.

For teenagers.

The teenage years are the classic time for the main orthodontic treatment. Modern brackets or aligners: together we find what suits the diagnosis and everyday life.

When treatment is medically necessary, statutory health insurance covers the costs until the 18th birthday.

For adults.

It is never too late for straight teeth. Many adults choose aligners because they are hardly noticeable in everyday life – fixed braces are just as possible.

If you have jaw joint complaints or grind your teeth at night, we look at the whole system.

What does insurance cover?

What does statutory health insurance cover for children and teenagers?

Until the 18th birthday, statutory health insurance covers the costs when treatment is medically necessary. You get your own contribution back once treatment has been completed successfully.

And for adults?

For adults, statutory insurance pays only in exceptional cases, such as severe jaw misalignments that need combined surgical treatment. Private supplementary insurance covers part of the costs, depending on your plan.

When will I know what my treatment costs?

Before treatment starts. You receive a clear treatment and cost plan – with all options and any additional services.
