Privacy policy.
Protecting your personal data matters to us. Here you can read which data is processed when you visit this website – and which is not.
This translation is provided for your convenience. The German version is the legally binding one.

The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.
2. General information
Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
Please note that data transmission over the internet (for example when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. Please therefore avoid sending us health data by unencrypted email where possible.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, the provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and without technical errors.
4. Cookies and web analytics (Google Analytics)
If you agree in the consent banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). It shows us how our website is used – for example which pages are visited, how long a visit lasts and whether an online appointment is booked, a call is made, an email is written or a question is opened. These insights help us improve the website.
For this, cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are stored on your device; they remain valid for up to two years unless you delete them earlier. In particular, information about your device and browser, the pages visited, the referring page, your approximate location (country, city) and your interactions with the website is sent to Google. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off.
A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
The legal basis is your consent under Section 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no connection to Google is made. The collected data is deleted automatically after 14 months at the latest.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. The Analytics cookies are then deleted. You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy.
We store your choice in your browser’s local storage so that the banner does not appear on every visit. This is necessary for the website to work (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). We set no other cookies. The fonts are hosted locally on our server; no connection is made to Google or other font providers for them.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or fax, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to treatment, and – for health data – Art. 9 (2) (h) GDPR. Your data remains with us until the purpose no longer applies; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
6. Online booking via Doctolib
For online booking we link to the Doctolib platform. You only leave our website when you click a booking button; no data is transmitted from us to Doctolib at that point. Data processing on the platform is governed by Doctolib’s privacy information, which you can view there.
7. External links
This website contains simple links to external services, such as Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook or the KZV Berlin. These are not embedded content or plug-ins: data is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click the link. The respective provider is responsible for processing on those pages.
8. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of your browser begins with “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
9. Your rights
Within the framework of the statutory provisions you have the right at any time to
- information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
- withdraw consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
To do so, contact the controller named above at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Berlin with the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (www.datenschutz-berlin.de).
10. Data protection officer
Under the statutory provisions we are not obliged to appoint a data protection officer. If you have questions about how your data is handled, please contact the controller named above.
11. Objection to advertising emails
We hereby object to the use of the contact details published as part of our legal notice obligation for sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested.
